CIRCULAR
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 127/2018/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2018 ON THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 22, 2021. THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE PROVISIONS REGARDING PROVINCIAL CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS IN THE DECISION NO. 01/2007/QĐ-BGD&ĐT OF JANUARY 2, 2007 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR, THE CHAIRS OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF BA CAI PROVINCE, THE DIRECTORS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
