CIRCULAR

Issuing 116 economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate and higher college levels 

Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law on November 27, 2014; November 27, 2014;   

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 21, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; the 02 years 2017 of the Government qThe Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on issuing 116 economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate and higher college levels.

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2019, of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Vocational Education;

Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;

Issued together with this Circular are 116 economic-technical norms for vocational training at intermediate and higher college levels including:

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 25, 2021.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Education, vocational education institutions at intermediate and higher levels that have registered for vocational education activities in accordance with Article 1 of this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
