RESOLUTION NO. 10/SL OF MARCH 8, 1949, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 119/SL dated July 9, 1946, organizing the Ministry of National Education;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17 dated September 8, 1945, appointing Mr. Nguyen Cong My as Director of the Popular Education Office;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Education;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. Now appoints Mr. Vu Kim Toan to serve as Director of the Popular Education Office, replacing Mr. Nguyen Cong My.
Article 2. The Minister of National Education shall implement this decree.
