DECISION OF THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Regarding the amendment of some clauses of Article 1 of Decision No. 31/2000/QD-BNN-TCCB dated March 24, 2000, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the transfer of the Iron Can Packaging Workshop under Import-Export Fruit Company I to become the Packaging and Import-Export Corporation of Hanoi.
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/1998/NĐ-CP dated June 29, 1998 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Considering the proposal of the Import-Export Fruit Company I, the Enterprise Reform Board of the Ministry, and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: Now amending some clauses of Article 1 of Decision No. 31/2000/QD-BNN-TCCB dated March 24, 2000, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the transfer of the Iron Can Packaging Workshop under the Import-Export Fruit Company I to become the Packaging and Import-Export Corporation of Hanoi as follows:
1. Clause 1.1 is amended as follows:
The actual value of the Iron Can Packaging Workshop at 00:00 on May 1, 2000, is VND 591,401,990 (five hundred ninety-one million, four hundred one thousand, nine hundred ninety dong). Of this, the actual value of the State capital in the Workshop is VND 591,401,990 (five hundred ninety-one million, four hundred one thousand, nine hundred ninety dong).
2. Clause 1.2 is amended as follows: The Charter Capital of the Joint-Stock Company is VND 1,500,000,000 (one billion, five hundred million dong). This total capital is divided into 15,000 shares (fifteen thousand shares), with the following structure:
State shareholding ratio: 31.36% of the Charter Capital (equivalent to 4,704 shares);
Shareholding ratio sold to employees of the enterprise: 68.64% of the Charter Capital (equivalent to 10,296 shares).
All other contents in Decision No. 31/2000/BNN-TCCB dated March 24, 2000, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the transfer of the Iron Can Packaging Workshop under the Import-Export Fruit Company I to become the Packaging and Import-Export Corporation of Hanoi remain unchanged.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Enterprise Reform Board of the Ministry, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Fruit Corporation, the Director and the Enterprise Reform Board of the Import-Export Fruit Company I Hanoi are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
