REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE "RULES ON FLIGHT, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL IN VIETNAM'S AIRSPACE"
IN THE VIETNAM AIRSPACE”
MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2000 of the Government on the management of civil aviation activities in Vietnam;
At the proposal of the General Staff Chief of the Vietnam People's Army and the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam,
DECISION:
Article 1. The "Rules on Flight, Management and Control in Vietnam's Airspace" are hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 232/1998/QĐ-QP dated February 27, 1998 of the Minister of National Defense promulgating the "Rules on Flight, Management and Control in Vietnam's Airspace".
Article 3. The General Staff Chief of the Vietnam People's Army, the Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
