THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 109/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government on the conversion of wholly state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government on appraisal valuation;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the Selection and Supervision of Appraisal Consulting Organizations".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Financial Institutions and Financial Organizations, the Director General of the Department of Corporate Finance, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of relevant units, and the Directors of appraisal consulting organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
