Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the operation of duty-free zones within economic zones and border economic zones

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Law on Trade dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government on industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on the operation of duty-free zones within economic zones and border economic zones.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from September 15, 2009.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, Directors of management boards of economic zones and border economic zones, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
