Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law promulgated on November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations promulgated on June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Goods promulgated on November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to the Investment Law dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Veterinary Medicine promulgated on June 19, 2015;

At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;

The Government enacts this Decree amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 39/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 on feed management for livestock and aquaculture.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 39/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 on feed management for livestock and aquaculture

Supplement Clause 5a following Clause 5 of Article 29 as follows:

"Article 29. Transitional Provisions 5a. For feed and aquaculture products that have ceased to be valid for circulation from November 20, 2016 to November 20, 2017, they may continue to circulate for no more than 18 months."

Article 2. Effectiveness

This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial people's committees under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
