Decree No. 100/2022/NĐ-CP abolishes Decree No. 49/2012/NĐ-CP dated June 4, 2012, of the Government stipulating the list of administrative decisions and administrative acts within the scope of state secrets in the fields of national defense, security, and diplomacy.

ABOLISHING DECREE NO. 49/2012/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 4, 2012 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT

PROVIDING THE LIST OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS

WITHIN THE SCOPE OF STATE SECRECY IN THE FIELDS OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, SECURITY, FOREIGN RELATIONS

FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Protecting State Secrets dated November 15, 2018;

Pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Code of November 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

The Government promulgates this Decree on regulations regarding entry, exit, and residence policies for foreigners at the International Financial Center in Vietnam.

The Government issues this Decree to abolish Decree No. 49/2012/NĐ-CP of June 4, 2012 issued by the Government providing the list of administrative decisions and administrative actions within the scope of state secrecy in the fields of national defense, security, foreign relations.

This Circular takes effect from January 25, 2026.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Decree shall take effect from the date of issuance.

2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
