No. 100 dated June 8, 1946

PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Decree of March 5, 1946 organizing Ministries;

Pursuant to the Decree of May 5, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Interior;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 23 dated February 21, 1946 establishing the Vietnam Police Bureau;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 30 dated March 22, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Duong as Director of the Vietnam Police Bureau;

Pursuant to Decision No. 129 NV/CC dated May 2, 1946 by the Minister of Interior appointing Mr. Le Gian as Deputy Director of the Vietnam Police Bureau;

Pursuant to the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Nguyen Duong;

Pursuant to the recommendation of the Minister of Interior;

After the Council of Ministers has agreed,

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

Mr. Nguyen Duong is permitted to resign from his position as Director of the Vietnam Police Bureau effective on the date this Decree takes effect.

Article 2

Now appoints Mr. Le Gian, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Police Bureau, to replace Mr. Nguyen Duong.

Article 3

The Minister of Interior is authorized to implement this Decree.
