Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 281/HĐBT dated August 7, 1990 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the establishment of the State tax collection system under the Ministry of Finance;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Tax Department, the Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

Article 1The Department of Taxes for Enterprises with Foreign Investment under the Song Be Province Taxation Department is hereby established.
Article 2The Director of the Song Be Province Taxation Department shall define the functions, tasks, and staffing of the Department of Taxes for Enterprises with Foreign Investment in accordance with the guidance of the Director General of the General Tax Department.
Article 3The Director General of the General Tax Department, the Director of the Song Be Province Taxation Department, the Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, and the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office are responsible for implementing this decision./.
