THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the tenth session of the tenth National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Code;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Organization of Criminal Investigation;
Considering the proposal of the Government,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
1. To establish the Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Doan 15.
2. To establish the Regional Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Doan 15.
Article 2. The Minister of National Defense shall specify the jurisdiction of the Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Doan 15 and the Regional Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Doan 15.
Article 3.
1. This Resolution takes effect from April 1, 2006.
2. The Government within its scope of duties and powers shall be responsible for implementing and guiding the implementation of this Resolution.
