BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Delegates (amended) adopted on JUNE 21, 1994;
PURSUANT TO THE PETITION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE DANANG CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AT PETITION NO. 1892/UB-TCCQ ON AUGUST 26, 1999, AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AT PETITION NO. /TTr-BTCCBCP ON MONTH DAY YEAR 1999,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 45 (FORTY-FIVE) MEMBERS OF THE DANANG CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCIL FOR THE TERM 1999 - 2004; 18 (EIGHTEEN) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE DANANG CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE DANANG CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE; THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE MINISTER, CHIEF OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
