REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF MEMBERS TO THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR AIDS PREVENTION AND CONTROL,
AND DRUG ABUSE AND PROSTITUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL Pursuant to Decision No. 61/2000/QĐ-TTg dated June 5, 2000 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
the National Committee for AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention and Control; Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).At the proposal of the Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Association,
A Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Association is supplemented as a member of the National Committee for AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention and Control.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Chairperson of the National Committee for AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse and Prostitution Prevention and Control, Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Chairman of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug Abuse, Prostitution Prevention, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, Chairmen of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
