APPLICABLE TO: SINGLE-STAGE BIDDING INVESTMENT PROJECTS
On the basis of the Law on the Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015 and the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on the Organization of the Government and the Law on the Organization of Local Governments dated November 22, 2019;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government on the issuance of the Investment and Construction Management Regulations and Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government on amending and supplementing certain articles of the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP;
WHEREAS Decree No. 88/1999/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 1999 of the Government on the issuance of the Tendering Regulations and Decree No. 14/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government on amending and supplementing certain articles of the Tendering Regulations issued together with Decree No. 88/1999/NĐ-CP;
