DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the dissolution of the National Committee for the International Literacy Year
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the National Committee for the International Literacy Year,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Decision No. 173/HĐBT dated September 27, 1989 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the establishment of the National Committee for the International Literacy Year shall cease to be effective.
Article 2. The financial settlement plan shall be implemented according to the proposals of the Ministry of Education and Training in Circular No. 4288/KHTC dated May 21, 2002, and of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 6188/TC-HCSN dated June 21, 2002.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and the Chairman of the National Committee for the International Literacy Year are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
