THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 32/2003/QD-BTC dated March 17, 2003 of the Minister of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Export and Import Goods Analysis and Classification Centers in the North, Central, and South regions under the General Department of Customs;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Amending and supplementing Article 5 of Decision No. 32/2003/QD-BTC dated March 17, 2003 of the Minister of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Export and Import Goods Analysis and Classification Centers in the North, Central, and South regions under the General Department of Customs as follows:
"The Analysis and Classification Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) shall have an Administrative and Financial Affairs Office and an Analysis and Classification Business Office. The number of Analysis and Classification Business Offices at each Center shall be specified as follows:
- The Northern Center shall have two Analysis and Classification Business Offices;
- The Central and Southern Centers, each unit shall have one Analysis and Classification Business Office.
The tasks of the Offices shall be defined by the Center Director.
The staffing of the Center shall be determined by the Director General of the General Department of Customs."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Directors of the Analysis and Classification Centers, the Heads of the Personnel and Organization Department, the Financial Management and Administration Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
