DECREE

On the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Military Post and Telecommunications Corporation

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;

At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense,

The Government promulgates this Decree on the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Military Post and Telecommunications Corporation.

Article 1. This Decree promulgates the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Military Post and Telecommunications Corporation.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from December 22, 2014.

Abolishes the Charter of Organization and Operation of the Military Post and Telecommunications Corporation issued together with Decision No. 466/QĐ-TTg dated March 30, 2013 of the Prime Minister and other previous provisions that are contrary to this Decree.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, General Directors of the Military Post and Telecommunications Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree.
