DECREE-LAW

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 101 DATED OCTOBER 3, 1947

 

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the decision of the Council of Ministers dated July 19, 1946 establishing the Ministry of War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers;

Pursuant to the request of the Minister of War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers;

Pursuant to the decision of the Council of Ministers dated September 12, 1947;

Considering the current situation;

ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Establishing in:

- Each Resistance Zone a War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers Office;

- Each Province or Combined Provinces, as necessary, a War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers Department.

Article 2

Details regarding the organization of War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers Zones, Provincial Departments for War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers, duties and powers of the Offices and Departments shall be determined by a decree issued by the Minister of War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers at a later date.

Article 3

The Minister of War Veterans and Disabled Soldiers is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
