Regarding the announcement of the list of goods that must apply industry standards

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999.

Pursuant to the Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.

Pursuant to Decision No. 2424/2000/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated December 12, 2000 of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment on the issuance of temporary regulations on announcing goods in compliance with standards.

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology

DECISION:

Article 1. Now hereby announces along with this Decision the list of goods that must apply industry standards.

Article 2. Goods listed in Article 1 must be announced as compliant with standards in accordance with current laws and may only be allowed to circulate in the market after being announced by enterprises.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from June 1, 2001

Article 4. The Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
