DECISION

Issuing regulations on

examination for promotion of Inspectors to Senior Inspectors

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 regarding tasks, powers and responsibilities and state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 95/1998/NĐ-CP dated November 17, 1998 on recruitment, use and management of civil servants;

Pursuant to Decision No. 150/1999/QĐ-TCCP dated February 12, 1999 by the Minister-Chairman of the Civil Service Committee of the Government regarding issuance of regulations on examination for promotion of civil servants;

After reaching agreement with the Civil Service Committee of the Government in Circular No. 607/BTCCBCP-CCVC dated November 5, 1999 concerning agreement to issue regulations on examination for promotion of Inspectors to Senior Inspectors in the Inspection sector;

DECISION:

Article 1. To promulgate with this Decision the Regulations on examination for promotion of Inspectors to Senior Inspectors.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and central-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for organizing, directing and implementing this Decision./.
