DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Regarding the transfer of Loan Registration Files for Foreign Borrowings of Enterprises

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 90/1998/NĐ-CP dated November 7, 1998 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Management of Foreign Borrowings and Repayment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Foreign Exchange Management Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. The Foreign Exchange Management Department of the State Bank of Vietnam shall carry out the transfer of all related files concerning foreign borrowings of enterprises that have been registered and changes registered by the State Bank under Point 8(a) of Decision No. 1432/2001/QĐ-NHNN dated November 16, 2001 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to the Branches of the State Bank of Vietnam in provinces and cities.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and ceases to be effective upon completion of the file transfer as provided for in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 3. The Head of the Office of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Director of the Foreign Exchange Management Department, the heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam, and the Directors of the State Bank of Vietnam Branches in provinces and cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
