ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE MODEL OF INSPECTION CARD AND MANAGEMENT AND USE OF INSPECTION CARDS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
CWHEREAS Law on Inspection dated June 15, 2004;
WHEREAS Decree No. 148/2005/ND-CP dated November 30, 2005 of the Government on the organization and operation of Planning and Investment Inspectors;
WHEREAS Decree No. 100/2007/ND-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on Inspectors and Collaborators;
WHEREAS Circular No. 2313/2007/TT-TTCP dated October 26, 2007 of the Government Inspectorate guiding the model of Inspection Card and management and use of Inspection Cards;
PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Director of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO this Decision are "Regulations on the Model of Inspection Card and Management and Use of Inspection Cards under the Ministry of Planning and Investment".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Director of the Inspectorate, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry of Planning and Investment are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
