- Trucks from fifteen to less than eighteen tons or container trucks from twenty feet to less than forty feet must pay a regular fee of 40,000 VND per passage and a monthly pass fee of 400,000 VND per month (Article 1).
- Trucks from eighteen tons or more or container trucks from forty feet or more must pay a regular fee of 60,000 VND per passage and a monthly pass fee of 600,000 VND per month (Article 1).

concerning the issuance of toll rates for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 1498/BGTVT dated May 17, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: The attached Decision includes the Toll Rate Table for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10.
The toll rates stipulated herein apply to the entities responsible for collection and payment as prescribed in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2: The toll collection agency for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10 shall implement the collection, payment, and management of collected tolls in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges belonging to the state budget.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to toll payments, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize toll collection for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
