DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Regarding the issuance of toll rates for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;

Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;

Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 1498/BGTVT dated May 17, 2000);

At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax Department,

DECISION:

Article 1: The fee schedule for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10 is hereby attached to this Decision.

The toll rates stipulated herein shall apply to the entities subject to collection and payment as prescribed in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.

Article 2: Cơ The toll collection entity for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10 shall implement the collection, payment, and management of collected fees in accordance with Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature.

Article 3Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units entrusted by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the Tien Cu Bridge on National Highway 10, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
