DECISION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the transfer of the National Reserve Agency under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Civil Service - Personnel Board of the Government, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECISION:
Article 1. The National Reserve Agency shall be transferred under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2. Ministry of Transport issues this Circular regulating The Minister of Finance shall take the lead and coordinate with the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Personnel Board of the Government and the Minister of Planning and Investment to submit to the Government proposals regarding the organizational structure, management mechanisms, and operations of the National Reserve in accordance with the following directions:
Ensuring that the National Reserve serves as a strategic reserve force of the State for disaster prevention and relief, meeting urgent needs for national defense and security, contributing to market stability, and fulfilling other tasks assigned by the Government.
The Minister of Finance shall perform the State management function over the National Reserve.
Ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, and government agencies with specialized State management functions shall directly fulfill the responsibility for storing goods for the National Reserve.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Planning and Investment, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Personnel Board of the Government, and the Director of the National Reserve Agency shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
