THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 125/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned corporations and enterprises under the Ministry of Industry for the period 2003-2005;
Pursuant to Decisions No. 74/2003/QĐ-BCN and No. 75/2003/QĐ-BCN dated May 6, 2003 of the Minister of Industry on the establishment of the Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation and the Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Alcohol - Beer - Beverage Corporation at Circular No. 201/CV-VP dated June 20, 2003 and the Minutes of handover dated June 18, 2003 between the Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation, the Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation, and the Vietnam Alcohol - Beer - Beverage Corporation;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Terminate the operations of the Vietnam Alcohol - Beer - Beverage Corporation from July 1, 2003.
Article 2. The Board of Directors of the Vietnam Alcohol - Beer - Beverage Corporation shall be responsible for returning the seal of the Corporation in accordance with Government Decree No. 58/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 24, 2001, and implementing procedures to terminate the operations of the Corporation in accordance with the law.
Article 3The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Vietnam Alcohol - Beer - Beverage Corporation are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
