CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ISSUANCE OF THE OPERATION REGULATIONS OF THE NGHI SON ECONOMIC ZONE, THANH HOA PROVINCE

BASED ON THE RESOLUTION NO. 39-NQ/TW DATED AUGUST 16, 2004 OF THE PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY AND SOCIETY, NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY IN THE NORTH-CENTRAL REGION AND THE COASTAL CENTRAL REGION UNTIL 2010;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT AT THE REPORT NO. 2831/TTr-BKH DATED APRIL 21, 2006 AND OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THANH HOA PROVINCE AT THE REPORT NO. 4628/TTr-UBND DATED NOVEMBER 9, 2005.

Article 1. THE NGHI SON ECONOMIC ZONE IS ESTABLISHED IN THE TERRITORY OF THANH HOA PROVINCE.
Article 2. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE OPERATION REGULATIONS OF THE NGHI SON ECONOMIC ZONE, THANH HOA PROVINCE.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THANH HOA PROVINCE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
