No. 102 dated June 8, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Decree of May 6, 1946 organizing the Department of National Economy;
At the request of the Minister of the Department of National Economy;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thien to temporarily hold the position of Director of the Mineral and Artisanal Affairs Office in the absence of Mr. Ho Dac Lien.
Article 2
The Minister of the Department of National Economy shall implement this Decree accordingly.
