RESOLUTION
Regarding the implementation of the Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Ordinance on Prosecutors of the People's Procuracy

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10;
Based on the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees No. 11/2003/QH11;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Procuracy No. 34/2002/QH10.
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
The Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Ordinance on Prosecutors of the People's Procuracy was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the 12th term on February 19, 2011, and shall take effect from July 1, 2011.
Article 2.
1. The Supreme People's Procuracy shall coordinate with relevant agencies to implement the transition of provincial-level prosecutors and district-level prosecutors currently in office to the rank of mid-level prosecutor and junior-level prosecutor of the People's Procuracy.
2. The Supreme People's Procuracy and the Central Military Procuracy shall coordinate with relevant agencies to implement the transition of military zone prosecutors and equivalent positions, regional military prosecutors currently in office to the rank of mid-level prosecutor and junior-level prosecutor of the Military Procuracy.
3. The term of office of mid-level prosecutors and junior-level prosecutors when transitioning shall continue to be calculated based on the term of office of prosecutors when appointed.
Article 3.
1. The salary of mid-level prosecutors and junior-level prosecutors of the People's Procuracy shall be implemented in accordance with the salary of provincial-level prosecutors and district-level prosecutors stipulated in the Table of Professional and Vocational Salaries for the Judiciary and Procuracy sectors issued together with Resolution No. 730/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
2. The responsibility allowance for mid-level prosecutors and junior-level prosecutors of the People's Procuracy, mid-level prosecutors and junior-level prosecutors of the Military Procuracy shall be implemented in accordance with the responsibility allowance for provincial-level prosecutors and district-level prosecutors, military zone prosecutors and equivalent positions, regional military prosecutors as prescribed by current laws.
The uniform model, issuance and usage regulations, insignia, rank badges, and Prosecutor Identification Card for mid-level prosecutors and junior-level prosecutors of the People's Procuracy shall be implemented in accordance with the uniform model, issuance and usage regulations, insignia, rank badges, and Prosecutor Identification Card for provincial-level prosecutors and district-level prosecutors stipulated in Resolution No. 219/2003/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated January 9, 2003 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regarding uniforms for officials and civil servants in the Procuracy sector and Prosecutor Identification Cards.
Article 4.
The Government, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and relevant agencies within their respective functions and powers shall be responsible for implementing and guiding the enforcement of this Resolution./.
