Circular No. 1029/TC-TCNH on the storage and destruction of unsold lottery tickets

DECISION

REGARDING THE AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE LOTTERY SUPERVISION BOARD OF BINH DUONG PROVINCE

PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE

- Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees at all levels dated November 26, 2003;

- Pursuant to Circular No. 118/2002/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the organization and operations of the Lottery Supervision Board;

- Pursuant to Document No. 1029/TC-TCNH dated February 3, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the storage and destruction of unsold lottery tickets;

- Pursuant to Document No. 16521/BTC-TCNH dated December 20, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the amendment of regulations on the organization and operations of the Lottery Supervision Board in Binh Duong Province.

DECISION

Article 1: Amends and supplements Clause 6 of the Regulations on the Organization and Operations of the Lottery Supervision Board of Binh Duong Province issued by Decision No. 247/2005/QĐ-UBND dated November 21, 2005 of the People's Committee as follows:

Regarding the mixing of instant lottery tickets: The Binh Duong Lottery - Service Company shall organize and implement this with the supervision of the Lottery Supervision Board of Binh Duong Province.

Article 2: The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Heads of relevant Departments and Agencies of the Province, Chairperson of the Lottery Supervision Board of Binh Duong Province, Director of the Binh Duong Lottery - Service Company shall be responsible for implementing this Decision ten days from the date of issuance.
