THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
On the basis of Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
On the basis of Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 50/CP;
Considering the proposal of Điện Quang Light Bulb Company at Document No. 925/CV-ĐQ-TGĐ dated June 9, 2003 and the proposal of Phả Lại Glass Company at Document No. 66/CV-TCHC dated May 16, 2003;
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Merge Phả Lại Glass Company into Điện Quang Light Bulb Company and rename Phả Lại Glass Company to Phả Lại Glass Workshop.
Phả Lại Glass Workshop is a dependent accounting unit of Điện Quang Light Bulb Company, having its own seal and bank account for operation and transactions according to the Regulations on organization and operation of the Workshop approved by the General Director of Điện Quang Light Bulb Company and relevant laws.
Article 2. Entrust the General Director of Điện Quang Light Bulb Company to organize the reception of Phả Lại Glass Company in accordance with the regulations of the State and develop a Financial Disposal Plan and a Labor Surplus Resolution Plan to report to the Ministry of Industry and competent authorities for resolution.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the General Director of Điện Quang Light Bulb Company, and the Director of Phả Lại Glass Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
