DECREE

On the issuance of a second 2-dong coin

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

In consideration of the need for currency;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECREE:

Article 1

Permission is granted to issue a coin weighing 12 grams, one side bearing an image of President Ho Chi Minh with the inscription "President Ho Chi Minh" and two leaves of evergreen trees below, and the other side featuring a star with the inscription "Democratic Republic of Vietnam" and "2 dong."

Article 2

The Minister of Finance is authorized to implement this Decree.
