No. 103/QĐ-LB dated May 23, 1981 ISSUING
SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR OPEN-CAST MINING AND STONE PROCESSING OPERATIONS
AND THE PROCESSING OF STONE
THE MINISTER OF LABOUR
HEAD OF THE STATE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COMMISSION
Pursuant to Article 21 and 24 of the Interim Labour Protection Regulations issued together with Decree No. 181-CP dated December 18, 1964 of the Council of Ministers;
Pursuant to Article 6 and 13 of the Interim Regulations on Research, Development, Review, Issuance, and Management of Technical Norms and Procedures issued pursuant to Decree No. 124-CP dated August 24, 1963 of the Council of Ministers;
To ensure proper technical standards and management regimes for state resources in stone mining and processing operations to guarantee workplace safety;
After receiving comments from relevant sectors and localities.
DECISION
Article 1.- The QPVN 22-81 Safety Regulations for open-cast mining and stone processing operations are hereby issued.
Article 2.- These regulations shall apply to all sectors and localities as of January 1, 1982, superseding the previous safety regulations for stone mining issued under Circular No. 12-LĐ/TT dated July 14, 1964 and Circular No. 6-LĐ/TT dated June 14, 1974 by the Ministry of Labour. Any prior provisions from sectors or localities that conflict with these regulations are no longer in effect.
Article 3.- The Ministry of Labour shall be responsible for monitoring, guiding, and inspecting the implementation of these regulations.
