ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT
OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 104-SL dated January 1, 1948 and Decree-Law No. 9-SL dated February 25, 1949 defining basic principles for organizing state enterprises,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 171-SL dated January 14, 1948 placing the Phosphate Factory in Nghệ An under a special public enterprise system,
Pursuant to the resolution of the Minister of Agriculture,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1- The Phosphate Factory is hereby established as a fully state-owned enterprise with a capital of five million nine hundred thousand dong (5,900,000 đ).
Article 2 The Ministers of Agriculture and Finance shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly./.
