Regarding Vietnam Petroleum Industry Traditional Day

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group,
DECISION:
Article 1. November 27 of each year shall be the "Vietnam Petroleum Industry Traditional Day."
Article 2. The organization of the traditional day must ensure frugality, educate about the industry's traditions, and encourage labor production competitions for the development of the industry and the country's development cause.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, agencies under the Government, and Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
