RESOLUTION  OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

WHEREAS Article 45 and Article 53 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;

WHEREAS Article 31 of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies dated December 31, 1959;

WHEREAS Resolution of the National Assembly dated May 22, 1968;

CONSIDERING the current situation,

RESOLVES:

To organize the election of National Assembly Deputies for the fourth session on Sunday, April 11, 1971./.
