DECREE
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EACHÀ RANG COMMUNE UNDER SON HOÀ DISTRICT, PHÚ YÊN PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PHÚ YÊN PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. TO ESTABLISH EACHÀ RANG COMMUNE UNDER SON HOÀ DISTRICT, PHÚ YÊN PROVINCE ON THE BASIS OF 8,280.55 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,220 POPULATION FROM SUOI TRAI COMMUNE.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF EACHÀ RANG COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO SƠN PHƯỚC COMMUNE AND CÔNG SƠN MARKET TOWN; WEST ADJACENT TO KRÔNG PA COMMUNE AND CHÛ NGỌC COMMUNE (BELONGING TO KRÔNG PA DISTRICT, GIA LAI PROVINCE); SOUTH ADJACENT TO SUOI TRAI COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO CÀ LÚI COMMUNE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES, SUOI TRAI COMMUNE WILL HAVE 6,295.45 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,309 POPULATION.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR REGULATIONS CONTRADICTORY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PHÚ YÊN PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
