DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the consolidation of the Foreign Affairs Board and the Border Board into the Foreign Affairs and Border Board and the establishment of the Ethnic Group Board under the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province, the Minister, Head of the Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas Committee, and the Minister, Director of the Civil Service and Cadre Organization Board of the Government,
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994;
The Foreign Affairs Board and the Border Board shall be consolidated into the Foreign Affairs and Border Board, and the Ethnic Group Board under the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province shall be established.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Foreign Affairs and Border Board and the Ethnic Group Board of Lai Chau Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province, the Minister, Head of the Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas Committee, and the Minister, Director of the Civil Service and Cadre Organization Board of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province, the Minister in charge of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, and the Minister in charge of the Civil Service Committee of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
