DECREE

No. 104 dated June 11, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 50 dated April 13, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;

Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing agencies within ministries;

At the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Transportation;

The Council of Ministers hereby promulgates:

DECREE

Article 1

Mr. Nguyen Ung, a first-class commerce officer in the public works category, is appointed to serve as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation.

Article 2

The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this Decree accordingly.
