THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam,
At the proposal of the Council of Ministers,
RESOLVES:
To approve the long-term trade agreement and payment agreement signed on February 23, 1964 between the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United Arab Republic.
