REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF CIVIL SERVANTS FOR STUDY ABROAD

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to the notification from the Joint Vienna Institute dated December 16, 1994, accepting Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa, an officer of the Ministry of Finance, to participate in the fourth course on market economics and financial analysis in Kiev, Ukraine;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadre Affairs and Training;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Assign Comrade Trinh Thi Hoa, Senior Researcher of the Institute of Financial Science, to attend the fourth course on market economics and financial analysis from March 20 to May 31, 1995, in Kiev, Ukraine.

Article 2: The salary and allowances of Comrade Trinh Thi Hoa shall be paid according to the current regulations for personnel studying abroad.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the Institute of Financial Science, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Budget Management Department, the Cadre Organization and Training Department, and the individual named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
