RESOLUTION  OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

INDEPENDENT AND SOVEREIGN

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

Pursuant to Article 53 and Article 74 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,

At the proposal of the Council of Ministers,

RESOLVES:

To entrust the Council of Ministers with examining and deciding on specific cases requesting acquisition or renunciation of Vietnamese nationality.
