DECISION
Regarding the dissolution of advisory and inter-ministerial coordination organizations established by the Government
pursuant to the Prime Minister's decision

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001.
Pursuant to …; :
Article 1. Dissolve the following advisory and inter-ministerial coordination organizations established by the Prime Minister:
1. The Steering Committee for the Construction of the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, established by Decision No. 204/1999/QD-TTg dated October 18, 1999 of the Prime Minister;
2. The Steering Committee for Restructuring the Financial Structure of Commercial Banks, established by Decision No. 43/2001/QD-TTg dated March 27, 2001 of the Prime Minister; its tasks and specific responsibilities shall be transferred to the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
