DECISION

Regarding the correction of Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH dated August 15, 2014 of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs

guiding certain provisions of Government Decree No. 27/2014/NĐ-CP dated April 7, 2014

detailing and providing for implementation of certain articles of the Labour Code concerning domestic workers

of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Labour Code concerning labour

as a domestic worker

Pursuant to Law on Legislative Activities No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 100/2010/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2010 concerning the Official Gazette;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 concerning the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Labour and Wages,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Correcting technical errors in Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH dated August 15, 2014 of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs guiding certain provisions of Government Decree No. 27/2014/NĐ-CP dated April 7, 2014 concerning detailed implementation of certain articles of the Labour Code regarding domestic workers as follows:

Clause 5, Article 7 of Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH is printed as “In case both parties agree to sign a probationary contract, the content of the probationary contract shall be in accordance with Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 16 and 17 of Article 6 of this Circular”.

Now amended to read “In case both parties agree to sign a probationary contract, the content of the probationary contract shall be in accordance with Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 12 and 13 of this Circular”..

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance./.
