Issuing the Tender Document Model for Consulting Services

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 67 and Clause 3 of Article 76 of the Decree No. 58/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2008 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of contractors under the Construction Law;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 61/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Bidding Management,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the "Tender Document Model for Consulting Services".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. From the date this Decision takes effect, the Decision No. 1583/2007/QĐ-BKH dated December 24, 2007 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment issuing the Tender Document Model for Consulting Services shall cease to be effective.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, other central agencies, People's Committees at all levels, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
