REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES; THE LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND
THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES
HA NAM PROVINCE TERM 1999 - 2004

THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Delegates (amended) adopted on JUNE 21, 1994;
PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province at Proposal No. 397/TT-UB dated SEPTEMBER 4, 1999 and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government at Proposal No. 219/TTr - BTCCBCP dated SEPTEMBER 9, 1999,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW APPROVES the number of forty-five (45) delegates to the People's Council of Ha Nam Province for the term 1999 - 2004, eighteen (18) election units and the number of delegates to be elected in each election unit for the Provincial People's Council Delegate (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
