Establishing Lac Co Town under Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province and the Minister of Home Affairs.
DECREE:
Article 1. Establish Lac Co Town under Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province based on the entire natural area and population of Loc Hai Commune.
Lac Co Town has 10,550 hectares of natural area (data from the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province) and 11,550 inhabitants. The administrative boundary of Lac Co Town: East borders the East Sea; West borders Loc Tien Commune; South borders Da Nang City; North borders Loc Vinh Commune and the East Sea.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
