JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 105/2002/TTLT/BTC-BYT OF NOVEMBER 20, 2002 ON SUPPLEMENTING THE JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 51/2002/TTLT/BTC-BYT OF JUNE 3, 2002 GUIDING CONTENT AND EXPENSE LEVELS FOR PROJECTS UNDER THE NATIONAL TARGET PROGRAM TO PREVENT AND CONTROL CERTAIN SOCIAL DISEASES, DEADLY DISEASES, AND HIV/AIDS

On June 3, 2002, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health issued Joint Circular No. 51/2002/TTLT/BTC-BYT guiding the content and expense levels for projects under the National Target Program to prevent and control certain social diseases, deadly diseases, and HIV/AIDS. Now, the two ministries issue supplementary guidance on Point 1, Section II, Part B - specific expenditure items of the Malaria Prevention Project as follows:

12. Expenditure on transportation of medicines, chemicals, and medical equipment to communes, villages, and hamlets for malaria prevention activities.

This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance. The funds required to implement these expenditure items shall be allocated in the annual budget estimates of the assigned projects.
