DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the price of teaching and learning equipment for grade 2 and grade 7 of Hong Anh Limited Liability Company for Educational Equipment
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/CP dated 01/7/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Decisions of the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum list of teaching equipment for grade 2 and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum list of teaching equipment for grade 2; Decision No. 13/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum list of teaching equipment for grade 7 and Decision No. 24/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum list of teaching equipment for grade 7;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2523 QĐ/BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003 and Decision No. 2524 QĐ/BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003; Decision No. 3739 QĐ/BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated July 15, 2003 and Decision No. 3740 QĐ/BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated July 15, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training approving the samples of equipment belonging to the minimum list of teaching equipment for grade 2 and grade 7;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Price Department for Production Materials - Government Price Board;
DECISION:
Article 1. Prescribes the prices of teaching and learning equipment for grade 2 and grade 7 of Hong Anh Limited Liability Company for Educational Equipment as set out in Appendix I and Appendix II attached hereto.
The above price is the maximum price (inclusive of value-added tax) for investors to organize procurement in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The prices prescribed in the appendices of Article 1 apply to teaching and learning equipment that meet the quantity and type requirements of each subject approved by the Ministry of Education and Training in Decisions No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT; Decision No. 13/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 24/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT (according to the reference samples kept at the Ministry), produced with materials (including purchased semi-finished products and product packaging) consistent with the pricing plan presented by the selling entity. High precision equipment (microscopes, scales) must be approved by inspection agencies.
Article 3. The prices prescribed in Article 1 above are delivery prices at the warehouse of Hong Anh Limited Liability Company for Educational Equipment on the transportation means provided by the buyer.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision shall cease to be effective.
